BOARD MEETINGS
Regular board meetings are held in the Diana Hastings Board Room at 7:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month (except December).  Board meetings are open to the public.

Agendas
Agendas for upcoming meetings will be posted at least 48 hours before the meeting and remain posted until after the meeting is concluded.

Minutes
Minutes will be posted upon approval at the next scheduled board meeting and remain posted for 60 days.

Effective January 1, 2012, the Illinois State Legislature adopted a new law, Public Act 97-0609) which requires the following:

  1. Within six days of approving its budget, an IMRF employer must post the total compensation package for each employee receiving a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 a year.
  2. At least six days before an IMRF employer approves an employee's total compensation package that will equal or exceed $150,000 a year, the employer must post the total compensation package for that employee.

For this statute, "total compensation package" means payment by the employer to the employee for salary, health insurance, housing allowance, vehicle allowance, clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days which will be earned in that year and sick days which will be earned in that year.
